In today’s blog, we’re going to share with you the essential elements you’ll need when it comes to planning your day. 

Furniture

Unless you’re planning on your guests standing all day, the first thing you’re going to need to think about is the furniture! Tables and chairs are essential to your day, but it doesn’t mean they have to be boring. We have a whole range of beautiful and eclectic chairs and tables for you to match your theme. There’s decorative indoor furniture and furniture suitable for outdoor weddings too if you’re planning a summer soiree!

Linen

Your linen is where you can start to add some personality to your theme. Think colours, sparkles and layering. From classic napkins to tablecloths and table runners; you’ll need it all in order to make your tables look amazing on your wedding day. Your tables are a big part of the decoration in a marquee wedding, so we suggest adding texture or colour to make them pop!

On The Table

From cutlery and china to silverware and centrepieces; you’ll need to plan your tables for your guests. Not only to make them look amazing but to make sure they have everything they need to dine! Your china and cutlery can be part of your theme so think about the colour and patterns that they can bring. It’s important to try and stick to a scheme here unless you’re going for an eclectic look of course.

Bar 

Alas, your marquee won’t come with a bar, so unless you’re hiring from a specialist bar company, you’ll need to get all the things to keep the drinks flowing for your guests. This includes glasses, optics, cocktail shakers and corkscrews. 

Catering

Another thing you need is catering equipment. If you’re hiring external caterers then it’s essential to check with them about what they will need and what they will bring with them. We have a huge selection of catering equipment including ovens, BBQs, fridges, hobs, fryers and just about anything else you can think of. So whatever they need you can supply for them!

Entertainment

This is the super fun bit, right? Your entertainment is key to providing an epic wedding day! Now we can’t provide the band but we can supply all the bits that you’ll need to entertain like a pro.
