our NEW commercial convection oven comes with a  cook and hold function which makes it an incredibly useful catering kitchen appliance!  Cook and hold function: when pre-set for cook & hold the oven will hold your food warm at a constant temperature of +90℃ once the actual cooking is done. This convection oven cooks food faster at lower temperature and more evenly than regular ovens.
